Sathapana Bank introduces the new digital app feature Cash by Code which allows customers to generate Cash by Code for cash withdrawal from ATMs/Branches. The code number can be cash withdrawal via Sathapana Bank’s branches and ATM terminal nationwide. It is an additional option to withdraw cash without card from ATMs.

- The Cash by Code is valid up to 72hour
- The Cash by Code amount can be generated up to USD 500 or KHR 800,000 and up to daily limit USD 500 or KHR 1,600,000 (2 transactions per day)
How to generate Cash by Code From Sathapana Mobile/iBanking
1. Go to menu “Cash by Code”
2. Select Cash by Code Creation
3. Choose Account and Enter Amount (Currency) then click ”next”
4. Verify information and click to confirm
5. Cash Code successfully sent
How to withdraw cash from ATMs
1. Visit our nearest Sathapana Bank ATMs
2. Select Cardless Transaction
3. Select “Cash by Code withdrawal”
4. Enter first code
5. Enter second code
6. Select transaction currency
7. Enter Amount
8. Confirm amount
9. Take cash and receipt
