Sathapana Bank Plc. continues to maintain the sustainable increase in clients, operational areas and total asset as the Bank can manage to pursue its convenient and diversify services and products. Evidently, the portfolio outstanding increased from US$ 579 in August, 2016 to US$ 590 in September, 2016. At the same time, total loan clients also increased from 178,462 to 178,496 respectively. In addition, total deposit of Sathapana Bank Plc. rose up from US$ 518 in August, 2016 to 544 in September, 2016 with total deposit clients increased from 181,306 to 190,128 respectively.
This growth was due to four main reasons namely the commitment of all management and staff to thrive forward, good product renovation to meet the market demands, convenience and accessible service, and good operational management with advanced technology, Oracle Financial System Flexcube. Also, the concept of “Client First” has always been embedded in the mindset of Sathapana Bank Plc.’s staff and management team which instinctively influences good customer service environment in all branches. As a result, Sathapana can keep its existing customers in remarkable records, and it now becomes the second largest nationwide commercial bank in terms of the number of our branch networks in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
