For every e-top up of USD 1 or more for your Smart number using Sathapana Mobile, you will win instant prizes such as Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4, JBL karaoke speaker, discount vouchers, and much more and will be entered into the BYD monthly lucky draw.​​​​​​​

Follow these easy steps to e-top up with Sathapana Mobile:
1.    Launch your Sathapana Mobile.
2.    Go to “Mobile TopUp.”
3.    Choose your account and enter your mobile number.
4.    Input the amount you want to top up.
5.    Click “Top-up Now,” and you’re all done!​​​​​​​

Promotion Period: This promotion runs until December 31, 2024. The prizes in the lucky draws are as follows: 

  • Week 1 in September: 1 BYD Seagull 
  • Week 1 in October: 1 BYD Seagull 
  • Week 1 in November: 1 BYD Seagull 
  • Week 1 in December: 1 BYD Seagull 
  • Week 1 in January: 1 BYD Dolphin

Terms & Conditions 

  • This promotion is only available to Smart prepaid numbers (excludes Smart @Home, Smart Fiber+ and postpaid.)
  • You will win an instant prize every time you top up 1 USD via e-top up on Sathapana Mobile.
    -    Subscribers will win 1 instant prize with e-top up of 1 USD or more in a single transaction.
    -    New subscribers will win 2 instant prizes with their first e-top up of 1 USD or more.
  • Both new and existing subscribers will get double entries for e-top ups. The more subscribers top up their prepaid number, the more entries they will receive:
    -    E-top ups of 7.50 USD will get 16 entries.
    -    E-top ups of 7.49 USD will get 14 entries.
  • If a subscriber tops up their own number, then their phone number will receive the entry or win a prize. If a subscriber tops up for another person, then that person's phone number will receive the entry or win a prize.
  • Subscribers will receive a confirmation SMS when they win an instant prize or receive an entry for the monthly lucky draw. The SMS will contain a redemption code for physical prizes.
  • If subscribers win a smartphone, Home Internet by Smart or a SIM card discount voucher, they can claim it at any Smart Shop (the voucher can also be used at any Smart Shop). Discount vouchers can only be used in a single transaction and cannot be used together with any ongoing Smart Shop promotions. Multiple discount vouchers cannot be used together.
  • If subscribers win a SmartVIP discount voucher, they can redeem the discount at a partner’s outlet as per the current SmartVIP discount redemption method. The discount voucher cannot be used together with any ongoing discounts.
  • If a subscriber wins a prize in a lucky draw, they will be contacted directly by a Smart agent with details regarding prize redemption. During the actual prize redemption, a video will be taken for our records and marketing purposes.
  • If a subscriber wins a smartphone, motorbike, bicycle, or karaoke speaker, they can redeem it at their nearest Smart Shop. To redeem the prize, they must bring and present the winning phone number that received the top up, the confirmation SMS containing the redemption code, and a valid ID card or passport.  
  • Entries will be reset during each lucky draw cycle and cannot be carried forward. The lucky draw cycles are as follows:
    -    July 24, 2024, to August 31, 2024, with the draw taking place in the first week of September 2024.
    -    September 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024, with the draw taking place in the first week of October 2024
    -    October 1, 2024, to October 31, 2024, with the draw taking place in the first week of November 2024.
    -    November 1, 2024, to November 30, 2024, with the draw taking place in the first week of December 2024.
    -    December 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, with the draw taking place in the first week of January 2025.
  • Subscribers have 30 days to claim physical prizes. Upon requesting delivery of a physical prize to a specific Smart Shop, it will take 1 week for the prize to be delivered to the shop.
  • Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
  • Sathapana Bank is not responsible for the prizes. Any issues with prizes should be addressed directly to Smart.
  • Sathapana Bank and Smart reserve the right to change or amend terms and conditions or terminate if necessary.
