• A new-to-bank Smart Savings customer with an initial deposit of USD 100 or KHR 400,000 will receive 2 e-tickets. 
• An existing customer who creates a new Smart Savings Account with an initial deposit of USD 100 or KHR 400,000 during the promotion campaign will receive 1 e-ticket. 
  
• E-ticket offers are available only to customers who open a Smart Savings Account via the Sathapana Mobile.
  
• For every KHR 600,000 or USD 150 top-up, all Smart Savings customers will receive 1 e-ticket (i.e. get 2 tickets for USD 300 top-up, 3 tickets for USD 450 top-up etc.)
  
• The lucky draw is eligible with Fresh Funds only (new funds) topped up to the Smart Savings Account during the campaign period. 
  
• Fresh Funds means funds that are not transferred from any existing Sathapana Current/Savings or Term Deposit Account, or funds that are not withdrawn from any existing Sathapana Current/Savings or Term Deposit Account and re-deposited (whether part or all of the amounts withdrawn) into the Smart Savings Account within the Promotion Period. 
  
• Each customer is eligible to win only one prize in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounds. However, winners from these three rounds will still have a chance to participate and accumulate their tickets for the final (4th) round of the lucky draw.
  
• For the ticket, which is not yet won the prize, it will be accrued to next round forward to participate in lucky draw scheme until prizes are out of stock. 
  
• The lucky draw scheme will be conducted every 2 months, and the big prize (Mazda EZ-6 car) will be drawn at the end of the campaign, which will be conducted in the second week of January 2026. 
  
• The winner of the grand prize (Mazda EZ-6 car) is required to maintain balance in his/her Smart Savings Account for 3 months after the announcement of the winner. In case the winner of the grand prize is not followed the terms and conditions above, Sathapana Bank has the right to void that grand prize and re-conduct the lucky draw.  
  
• All prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. 
  
• Winners must provide valid proof of identification documents and claim their prizes in person. Sathapana Bank’s staff will verify identification documents and winners shall sign an acknowledgment form. 
  
• Acceptance of Lucky Draw Prize shall constitute consent, without any fee, on the winner’s part to allow the use of the winner’s name, account number (mask on some digits), photo, image, voice, and/or likeness by Sathapana Bank for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes.  
  
• Winners shall claim their prizes within 15 calendar days after the winners’ announcement date. 
  
• The Lucky Draw and winner announcements will be conducted four times as follows: 
      1.    Second week of July 2025 
      2.    Second week of September 2025
      3.    Second week of November 2025
      4.    Second week of January 2026 for big prize (MAZDA EZ6 car)  
  
• Sathapana Bank reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as necessary.
