Terms and Conditions
- The provided promo codes are limited, and are provided on a first come, first served basis.
- Enter the provided promo code on the payment page when making your booking via the promotion page.
- This promotion is only available to registered users of app/online/H5. Promo codes are only valid when payment is made in local currency.
- Cardholders are required to settle payment with valid Sathapana Visa cards.
- To claim and use the offers, cardholders must have valid memberships or accounts with Trip.com for booking made via the respective promotion page.
- Visa coupons/offers are only applicable to hotels, air tickets. To receive 8% discount after taxes and fees for eligible hotel bookings and 3% discount before taxes and fees for eligible flight bookings, enter the promotion code.
- Visa offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Each eligible Trip.com member will be eligible to use the offer five times during the promotion period.
- The pre-discount price is the full price of the selected room type/flights, which may differ from the price published by hotels/airlines/other entities or the standard retail price.
- Different room types/flight tickets may have different cancellation policies. Please carefully read the cancellation policies for the specific room type/flight/other products before you book.
- If the booking that the promo code was applied to fails, is cancelled, or is not paid for within the stipulated time frame, the promo code will be automatically returned to your account. It will then be available for use during the promotion period it was issued in, as long as the promo code was added to your Trip.com account in advance.
- To the extent permitted by law, Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs, or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the English and local language version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
