Eligibility:

The offer is open to all Sathapana Visa and Mastercard Debit Cards, Debit Platinum Cards, Virtual Cards, and all Credit Cards, including Supplementary card and Sathapana employee but excluding Corporate Credit Card.
Cardholders whose card account(S) has been suspended, cancelled, or terminated during the promotion period and the time of fulfillment are excluded from participating in this promotion.

Offer Mechanism:

Make any purchase on Taobao apps or websites by paying with their Sathapana debit and credit cards with a minimum spend of USD 30 per month will get 5% cashback, capped at USD 15.

Terms & Conditions

This promotion is eligible for all Sathapana Visa and Mastercard Debit Cards, Debit Platinum Cards, Virtual Cards, and all Credit Cards, including Supplementary card and Sathapana employee but excluding Corporate Credit Card.
Qualified applicants who make purchases on the Taobao app or website using their Sathapana Card will receive 5% cashback, capped at USD 15 per eligible monthly spend.
Purchase at least USD 30 and above per card.
Each transaction shall be accumulated on a monthly basis, meaning all expenditures within the same month will be summed up for the qualified monthly spend.
This promotion is open for e-commerce transactions ONLY.
The transactions that are subsequently cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or disputed are excluded from eligibility.
The cashback will be credited into the eligible cardholder’s linked current account or savings account (CASA) on the 7th of the following month.
The Bank reserves the right to verify all transactions and disqualify the participants who do not comply with the terms and conditions.
Sathapana Bank reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
