Terms & Conditions

This promotion is open to all new Sathapana customers with a KHR account.
Applicable for both in-app and over-the-counter account openings.
If the customer uses in-app account opening, they must visit a branch to complete full KYC.
This lucky draw promotion consists of 3 rounds and one-time big prizes draw.
For each round, there will be 50 lucky customers to win KHR 100,000 and 150 lucky customers to win KHR 40,000.
For the one-time final draw to win big prizes, there will be 5 lucky customers to win Grand Prizes of JBL PartyBox and one lucky customer to win Mega Prize of iPhone 16 Pro.
To be eligible for each round’s lucky draw, all new customers need to perform at least 5 payment transactions via Sathapana Mobile (KHQR, Bill Payment or Phone top-up) with a minimum of KHR 4,000 per transaction during each round period. To be eligible for the big prizes, all new customers need to have a minimum of 30 transactions during the whole promo period.
3 rounds are scheduled with the following periods:
- Round 1: September 19 to October 18, 2024
- Round 2: October 19 to November 18, 2024
- Round 3: November 19 to December 19, 2024
Lucky Draw for iPhone 16 Pro and JBL PartyBox will be selected on December 24, 2024.
All winners will be announced within one week of each draw session.
Transactions cannot be carried forward to the next round.
The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
