This loan program is part of the Agricultural Value Chain Competitiveness and Safety Enhancement Project (ACSEP), a joint effort between Sathapana Bank, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries (MAFF). The program aims to make it easier for agribusinesses, agricultural cooperatives, and individual farmers to get funds to grow their businesses.
