Legal entity having business operating in Cambodia
The business is well established with good track record
Stable financial income to serve the repayment
Sufficient collateral security to cover the credit limit

Completed Application form
Memorandum of Company (in case of legal entity)
Board Resolution (in case of legal entity)
Business license, patent, registration certificate, if applicable
Repayment capacity justification (Financial statement, sales invoices, other records, etc)

6 month bank statements (if applicable)
National ID or Passport of Shareholders, Directors, and authorized signatories
Collateral Documents
Collateral evaluation report (if applicable)
And other relevant documents as requested
